I came to iMotion because I was having back pain during my pregnancy. I could not walk without pain going down my leg. Every time I went from sitting to standing, I was in such sever pain I couldn't stand up straight and could hardly walk. I couldn't sit for more than 15 minutes without feeling lower back pain. After therapy, my lower back pain disappeared, I can walk long distance and sit without pain. Because of my quality of life has significantly improved! I can enjoy my time a movie because now I can sit through one. I can drive in a car for more than 20 minutes without having to pull over, get out and stretch. I 'm able to walk fore more than an hour at a time everyday, so now I'm no longer confined to my house. I'm looking forward to enjoying my last 7 weeks of pregnancy, rather than waiting for it to end. Thank you so, so much - I honestly felt hopeless and like the pain would never get better. When I first came to this clinic I was scared and in a lot of pain. My first visit, my therapist was able to tell me what was wrong and what needs to be done. I had a bad knee sprain which caused a lot of limping and pain. Within 10 visits the people at imotion had me walking normal again with minimal to no pain. I can kneel, bend, squat, stretch and stand up with no proble. For that I am very greatful.

When I started the sessions I was feeling considerable pain starting from my upper back out to my fingers on my left side. The therapy was quite successful in the treatment of this condition.
Sleeping at night was more than a challenge and was waking up a few times each night. After 8 weeks of treatment I am sleeping very well.
I was given exercises to do on a regular basis along with stretches at home. My back has not felt this good in quite a while.

Mid way thru my therapy I have made great progress in my recovery, gaining almost my full range of motion which is awesome! Strength is coming slowly but progressing.

The PT sessions have been very helpful. When I first came, I can hardly walk nor raise my legs because of the pain. Now it is much better. The pain has subsided and I can do various exercises and movements such aa"
1. Roliing from one side to another;
2. Raise my legs to a certain extent;
3. Do stationary bike
4. Sit and do some movement with back etc.
I think it is best for pregnant women, the moment they complain of pain, to be referred to the therapist to avoid aggravation of pain. I should also comment the patience of my therapist for being patient.

Before I came to iMotion Physical Therapy, I had been seeing a chiropractor and doing all sorts of things to get my back feeling better and not hurting anymore. NOthing I did made my back any better until my doctor refferred me to physical therapy at iMotion. After my first visit at iMotion my back was feeling a lot better and the pain had gone down from a 6 to 1. I am thankful for my doctor for refferring me here and also to Sweety and her wonderful employees. I had a great experience here and I would recommend this to anybody with back pain.
